Each year Mainfreight identifies a group of our future leaders who are brought together for the opportunity to learn from the finest mentors in our business, providing them with valuable tools to grow and excel in their roles, or potential roles, as leaders and managers of Mainfreight Group.
25 of our brightest talent from our global business recently came together for a week at Mainfreight’s Emerging Branch Manager’s course in Auckland. This personable team were fortunate to learn from the wisdom and experience of some of Mainfreight’s senior national managers covering all facets of Mainfreight’s strategy, culture, operational skills, team management and technology, along with some great team building and a few early morning boot camps!
Emma Atkin, Administration/Operations Manager at Mainfreight International Brisbane says “I loved working for Mainfreight before I came to New Zealand for the Emerging Branch Managers Course, but my understanding of why and how we developed our identity has made me even more proud to be a part of the Mainfreight family”. Emma said she can’t wait to see where her career takes her next!
